    　　5月14日金融一线消息，西安银行今日发布公告称，根据相关法律法规及公司章程的有关规定，为进一步增强公司治理的有效性，根据公司主要股东中国烟草总公司陕西省公司提名，拟选举侯博为公司第六届董事会董事。侯博的任职资格和条件已经公司第六届董事会第三十五次会议审议通过，现提请股东会选举。侯博将在董事任职资格经监管部门核准后开始履职。　　公开资料显示，侯博，男，1981年5月出生，中国国籍，研究生学历，工商管理硕士，高级会计师。历任中国烟草总公司陕西省公司财务处科员、副主任科员、主任科员，陕西省烟草公司汉中市公司党组成员、纪检组组长、工会主席。现任中国烟草总公司陕西省公司财务处副处长。责任编辑：曹睿潼
